By participating in the Mule Deer Foundation (MDF) auction, all bidders acknowledge that they are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these terms, and agree to be fully bound by them. All bids constitute legally binding offers to purchase the item at the stated bid amount.
Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted.
Payment Terms: Items purchased for less than $10,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. If a credit card charge is declined, the item may be forfeited or resold at MDF’s discretion, and any applicable fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced to the purchaser. Items purchased for $10,000 or more can be paid by check, received within ten (10) days of notification of winning. ALL Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.
Shipping & Handling: Winners are responsible for arranging and covering shipping or pickup costs unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges are not included in the purchase price and will be added to the final total. Shipping costs vary based on destination and applicable regulations.
Firearms and Restricted Items: All purchases of restricted items, including firearms, must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Firearms must be shipped to an Authorized Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL), and purchasers are responsible for ensuring full legal compliance in the transfer, possession, and use of all restricted items.

Non-Payment: In the event that a winning bidder refuses or fails to make payment, MDF reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to offer the item to the next highest bidder or cancel the sale.

Any disputes arising from the auction shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. MDF reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bid or bidder at its discretion.
